This is a two handled sugar bowl from the home of my husband's great Uncle. He and his wife ran a grocery store in small town Wisconsin for a number of years and had a very long, happy marriage. They were frugal and not collectors. Everything they own probably has a story behind it from a trip or a gift they received. I can't keep everything, and so am offering this to you. It has no chips. There appears to be tiny bubbles in the glass, but this must be the nature of this type of glass. I believe it is Vaseline Glass since it seems to glow in the pictures. I did not try it under a black light. It is a pretty little piece of glass that could still be put to use in your kitchen! Enjoy and thanks for looking
