I can't decide if this is supposed to be Rip Van Winkle or an Asian gentleman
Stands about 3 inches tall
Rather crudely made
Black Japan stamp on the bottom
No chips or cracks
Probably was always used as decoration - a little wear to the picture decal but not bad.
