Hand Painted Rose Motiff
I'm not sure what age this item is, I purchased it at an estate sale, I thought it was just gorgeous. The detail is exquisite, the pictures don't do it justice. The dish measures approximately 1 1/4" tall and 7 1/4" wide, the lid measures approximately 4 1/2" tall and 5" wide. There is gold detailing, with some wear on the lid "finial" which I have tried to show in the pictures. There are a couple of scratches on the dish, but you can't even see them unless you hold it to the light just right. (Very Minor) No cracks or chips. There are two rose buds on one side of the lid and one large rose with two rose buds on the other. Stunning! Great for a personal collection or gift........ it isn't too early to start thinking about THE HOLIDAYS! Please e-mail any questions or concerns you may have before bidding.
