This is a nice Goebel figurine of a young girl with a cat. It is marked W. Goebel on the base together with a stylized bee, the number GF 146 and the date 1959. Size 17 cms (6.6 inches) high. Condition is very good with no chips, damage or restoration EXCEPT for what I assume to be a stress crack just below the knee on the leg with the cat. The other leg is intact so the figure has not broken.
