A Cambridge Caprice open salt. The coloring is vaseline or light green, a shell shaped scalloped bowl with three shell-type feet. It measures 3 1/4" long, 3"wide, 1/2" deep and 1 1/2" tall. The salt is not marked. The clear glass salt spoon is approx. 2 1/2" long with a round 3/4" diameter bowl, the glass salt spoons(when you can get them) are worth the price of the salts. The Caprice pattern was made by the Cambridge Glass Co., Cambridge, Ohio - 1896 - 1954. No chips, cracks, or repairs, the glass salt spoon is perfect!
