RETURNS
We endeavour to describe items as accurately as possible and make no intention to deceive. However, please understand that some of our items are pre-loved and are to be purchased as is. We only accept returns on faulty electrical items (we test before listing and sell as fully working). Refunds will be given on the sold price of item not on postage.

Please note we use Australia Post to ship our goods. Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and may take up to 7 business days to deliver. This is an Australia Post time frame that we cannot control.
