Insert, which is shown, reads in part: Original creation by Marj and Lee Huston. If you sent 25 cents they will mail the fragrance with instrucitons for re-applying because after 2 years it loses its scent. Very interesting insert on how it was made. It really is a nice little creamer measuring 4 1/2 x 5 12 x 3. No chips or nicks. Great design. Thanks for looking.
