About us: The eAuctionTradingBarn is a full service Trading Assistant Company with a mission to give local residents an alternative way to sell their unwanted items for a financial gain. We sell Globally items that are dropped off or picked up by us from our local community. We open up community treasures to a worldwide market and with this expanded market, we can ensure maximum profits rarely seen in traditional selling methods such as yard sales, flea markets, or estate sales.
eAuctionTradingBarn uses its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for auction, create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. We auction a wide variety of items and at times we do not know anything about some items being offered. Any information that you have on an item and are willing to share would be greatly appreciated. We do try to research all items before being listed, but many times our information is limited. We would never try to misrepresent an item but we are human and if we make a mistake, please know that it is just that.
Method of Shipping: We ship daily via Priority Mail upon clearance of funds from buyer. We charge the postage costs plus a small fee for the bubble wrap and packaging peanuts. International buyers please contact us for shipping fee.
Insurance: Many of our items are fragile and although we pack extremely well, sometimes loss or breakage does occur. Insurance is highly recommended. If any loss is acceptable to you, the insurance can be waived. Should a claim need to be filed, we will forward the USPS insurance slip to the buyer so that the claim can be placed at the same time the damaged item is turned in at the Post Office. Buyer will be reimbursed through the postal service. Be sure to take the damaged box and wrapping material to Post Office when filing claim.
Combined Shipping: At this time, combined shipping is limited because the items are pre-packed and weighed so that bidders can have the postage costs available to them prior to bidding. Also, we are a Trading Assistant to many sellers and keep each account separate. We are always happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions of items from the same clients. Please email us and we will let you know if we can combine shipping.
Feedback: Feedback is an important part of the eBay Community. Although we are happy for the promptness with payment, we believe a buyer's responsibility does not end with the payment. Please let us know when the item is received and how the transaction was handled. We will give you feedback upon receipt of your feedback. We do not anticipate problems with an auction item, but if one should occur, we would like to be notified so that we can correct the issue.
Return Policy: We offer a three-day satisfaction guarantee on each item that we sell. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or are having buyer’s remorse, email us within three days of receipt of the item. We will refund your payment minus shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for proper packaging and the return of the item in the same condition as shipped from us. If you receive an item that is not as described, a full refund, including shipping and handling costs is refunded.

Method of Payment: We accept PayPal, Money Orders, or your personal checks. Checks do require a hold on shipping, usually about seven (7) days until the check clears. Payment is expected within seven (7) days of the auction’s end unless through email other arrangements are made. PayPal is preferred and is the only form of payment acceptable from international buyers.
