We would never purposely mislead or deceive but because we will be auctioning a variety of items that we are not experts in, we probably have already included all information known to us or found in our research. Our payment preference is by PayPal and is due within 3 days of the auction's end, if there is no communication it could be placed back in for bidding and filed as “non-paying bidder”. If you have a special circumstance please email us right away for consideration.

Our 1st concern is your satisfaction, if you are concerned about being satisfied with an item email us. If you were to have any problem with your order we would do everything possible to help you to resolve it or offer you a refund.
We are not experts in any items we have for sale, most of our antiques, collectibles and other items were purchased simply because they pleased us and we purchased them “as is”.
Descriptions reflect an honest evaluation of the item’s condition and we provide several photos, so items are purchased by you in an “AS IS” condition. We will be auctioning a variety of items and most items will be 100% eligible for a refund but please note that SOME ITEMS WILL BE LISTED NO REFUND SO WE INVITE YOU TO EMAIL BEFORE BIDDING TO BE SURE, we really do want you to be pleased and not lose money on shipping to you and back to us as well. Shipping, handling and insurance are never eligible for a refund and in some cases can exceed the final bidding price.

We want to earn your good feedback and 5 star DSR/Detailed Seller Rating. Unfortunately, 4 stars are considered a bad rating for sellers and can result in restrictions on our account. There are new rules for feedback/DSR. eBay now judges MORE ON THE STAR RATING and less on the words left by you, so please click on all 5 stars in the detailed seller ratings. I hope you will say “very accurate descriptions”, “very satisfactory communications” and very reasonable shipping and handling”. Please help us maintain our good seller’s status as we have a variety of items to offer men, women and children. We anticipate a 5 star rating because we offer every item with an honest and clear description. If we make any error and have not given you reason enough for 5-star grades on each DSR then please let us know how we can clear up the misunderstanding and earn your 5-star rating before submitting your feedback/scores!

Shipping is priced for the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be a bit higher.
I will ship within 1 or 2 days after receiving your payment and any special requests are met such as international handling etc.
All delivery addresses must be confirmed and payment is preferred via PayPal.
If you would like a rush shipment or something other than the USPS you are invited to make your request and pay the additional amount that it will cost us to accommodate your request.
I do try to keep the cost of shipping down and will take extra precaution to be sure your item arrives in the photographed and described condition. Your item will be packed with extra care, so please note that shipping is sometimes difficult to estimate, due to the variety of items we will be offering, and if the shipping and handling is grossly over estimated a refund could be possible in some cases but if under estimated you will not be asked to pay the difference. On some items there could be a slight handling charge already included in the shipping cost due to the many expenses involved in shipping some items, such as special boxes, bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, time, misc. or multiple excursions to the post office.
In some cases, when possible, the handling fee will include insurance.
