This is a very gently used Avon Lead Crystal Egg container w/Lid made by Fostoria for Avon. Coming from a smoke and pet-free home. Bottom is marked (letters etched into glass.), so it can be read from inside--Avon, Mother's Day, 1977. Measures about 3" tall, 4 1/2" wide. Lid has a sticker on it in middle where pieces come together, An Exclusive Avon Design in Lead Crystal Produced by Fostoria. This could be used for a candy dish or in the bathroom or bedroom to store something special. Is in very good condition, I see no chips or cracks, is very pretty.
