You are bidding on a piece of china from Fortnum Mason.
I think its a jar for putting preserves/chutneys etc.. in - but I could be way off the mark!
The jar itself is approx 4 inches high and 3.5 in diameter.
It has a lid with a small semi-circular section cutaway from the side which I assume is for the spoon to rest inside.
It has a lovely floral design all around it with a Christmas feel - featuring poinsetta plants and holly.
The item is in excellent condition - with just one barely noticeable hairline crack.
