Fenton for Levay Chocolate
Leaf and Orange Tree
3-Toed Rose Bowl
This gorgeous rose bowl is in Fenton’s Orange Tree Pattern. It is covered by a bas-relief flower and leaf pattern and the legs are shaped like tree branches or trunks and textured as such. While the shape of this bowl is highly sought after the color is even more desirable, i.e. Chocolate Glass, also known by some collectors as slag glass. Fenton first made Chocolate Glass over 100 years ago. This particular piece was commissioned by the Levay in the 1980’s. The color itself is a combination of chocolates, caramels and swirls of café ole. It is in great condition and has the Fenton oval. Measurements are approximately 3.75” tall and 5” across.
