This is a nine (9) piece Child’s Tea Set with a Scotty Dog imprinted on the Tea Pot itself. The set is made up of... 1 Teapot with lid... 1 Sugar Bowl with lid... 1 Creamer... 2 saucers... and 2 Cups. The Tea Pot stand just 3 inches tall with the lid on... the Saucers are 2 3/4 inches across... and each of the other pieces... the two Cups... and the Creamer and Sugar each stand just about 1 ¼ inches tall. I see some small air-bubbles... here and there in the body glass and there is one small nick on the rim of one of the saucers (see picture). Other than that... all nine pieces appear to be in a very nice condition. The “body glass” of each is a translucent pale “peach pink”... usually referred to as “Crown Tuscan Glass” by collectors. It’s not opaque... nor is it really transparent... but somewhere in between. The size and style of this little Tea Set reminds me of sets I’ve seen over the years that were made by the Akro Agate Company... best know for their corkscrew style marbles. However... I’m finding no “maker’s marks” anywhere... on any of the 9 pieces that make up this set. So its origin will for now... have to remain a mystery!!!...
