Seriously folks...It goes without saying that there are varying degrees of risk involved when you buy something that you have not inspected physically. We utilize honesty and our feedback is VERY important to us. We take this seriously but consider ebay fun-and it should be. We are not professional dealers by any stretch of the imagination. We look around and think "We don't want or need this, let's see what happens with it on ebay."
If you should find that you don't agree with our policies, please shop elsewhere. It's only fair.
If you believe that sellers should not charge a handling fee, well then, our auctions are not for you. Thanks anyway.

INSURANCE is ALWAYS offered whether it's mentioned in the invoice or not. Email us if you require coverage and it doesn't show on the invoice, or add it yourself if you know how. Fees are at the current USPS rates, and is the responsibility of the BIDDER. We will know that you purchased it when we review the payment receipt. We will NOT be held liable for lost/damaged items if declined.
FEEDBACK POLICY: As the buyer, we give feedback first. As the seller we allow the buyer to give feed back first.
We understand that feedback is vital. We ALWAYS leave feedback. We check in regularly and follow-up occasionally. We will NEVER use feedback in a retaliatory manner and we expect the same courtesy. We believe that if you can take the time to leave a negative you can take the time to communicate politely to resolve an issue. Our belief is that the buyer should leave feedback first. COMBINED SH: We do so gladly. Please email for quotes before bidding when possible. Most important would be to wait for your invoice to be delivered. If you are purchasing multiple items that end days or hours apart, you may email us. Otherwise, we can always revise and resend invoices when you are finished shopping. General fee on SH for multiple wins=each additional item is 1/2 PRICE on SH only AFTER most expensive SH fee. Now, if you email us, we will gather the items, weigh them together, test boxes and try to find the most economical way to get the items to you. We just ask that you be patient with us. Sometimes we can use the flat rate boxes and really save you some cash.
We ship early on Mondays and Fridays.
SHIPPING/HANDLING fees are not negotiable and are not equivalent to the actual shipping cost. Choosing the least expensive SH option will bring your item to you in a bubble mailer envelope.
We include handling, packaging and other fees. This is a business/service and it's only fair. We are providing a valuable service in that you can shop from home for unique, rare or specific items not otherwise available without great time and expense.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: May be considered on an individual basis. We are only human, but refunds are virtually NEVER an issue when BIDDERS do the following, please: READ PAGE CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY. In any case, please use REASONABLE expectations as not EVERY little scratch, mark, etc. can be noted. If you are especially particular our items may not be for you, thank you anyway.
CD Ratings: NEW - MINT - EXCELLENT - GOOD - FAIR *All Ratings WILL PLAY PERFECTLY. If any scratches or blemishes are present they should be shallow/minor or on a portion of the cd that does not affect play. Most of my cd’s are very old, some even from the 80's. They have been delicately handled during use for years and are not in new condition unless the auction states so.
PACKAGING We pack items very carefully. We use and re-use envelopes, boxes, and packing materials. It's just plain practical. Please note:CD's are shipped in padded envelopes, for the most part. Special shipping requests may be considered at buyers expense.
SHIPPING SERVICES: We use USPS. Priority, first class, parcel post, and media mail. Whatever is the most sensible choice and at our discretion, unless specifically stated otherwise. Special requests will always be at least considered but only at the expense of the bidder and must be discussed BEFORE bidding, please. Are you still reading? Good times! We reserve the right to use/change any shipping service we choose at any time during a transaction. This will NEVER cause a down grade or affect the fee you were charged for SH, EVER. We make every attempt to be fair. A few bad experiences have made it necessary to add this, just in case we make a gross miscalculation.
NON-CLOTHING ITEMS: Beyond dusting and a light wipe, we don't "wash" or detail anything that looks old. Of course, that doesn't mean that the item is dirty. Most of the time we have no idea if the item should even be touched, at all. We ALWAYS leave it to the buyer, whom we expect must surely know much more than we do about the item they are purchasing as well as the value, monetary or otherwise.
CLOTHING: Items are clean but, just like most of you, our clothing items are kept in plastic storage bins. We expect that, like us, you will wash the items you purchase from us before they are worn. Therefore, we feel it would be wasteful to wash each item again before we ship.

PAYMENT must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the invoice or a negative will be given and the item relisted.
We are sorry to have to introduce this policy, but bidders with less than a 15 feedback comments, 100% positive feedback will be canceled because we have been burned too many times.
