I LOVE TO COMBINE PURCHASES FOR SHIPPING IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, SO JUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE BIDDING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. YOU CAN DO THIS FOR AUCTIONS ENDING WITHIN A 7 DAY TIME PERIOD OF EACH OTHER
All of my items come from a smoke-free home. We do have 2 companion canines. Also, in the case of vintage items, most of the time I have no idea under what circumstances they were worn/stored. That said, should you be extremely allergic to dogs, you may wish to reconsider before bidding as I cannot be sure they are 100% free of dog hair/dander.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
THINGS FOR YOU TO KNOW:
1. Please, please, please- ask any and all questions before placing a bid. I am very happy to answer your inquiries, and usually get back to you within 24 hours. If you have any doubts about an item, I ask that you do not place a bid.
2. All Paypal payments are due within 5 business days; money orders, due in 7 business days (please email me after auction has closed to let me know if you are paying by money order). If an item is won and not paid for within 7 business days, I will re-list the item and post negative feedback unless I have heard from the buyer and there is a reasonable explanation for the delay in payment. I understand things happen and want to work with buyers, but they must contact me via email within 7 days of end of auction.
3. I will ask for politeness and courtesy. I am only one person, not a superstore. I try to ship items as quickly as possible, but this is not my main job, and sometimes, there can be sickness, emergencies, school and family issues, etc..., that may interfere with my schedule. If there is going to be an usually long delay in shipping, I will contact you to let you know about it. I appreciate others' patience with me as a customer, and I greatly appreciate your patience with me as a seller.
4. When paying for shipping, I ask that you consider purchasing insurance or some type of tracking. I pack extremely carefully and do not scrimp on packing materials, but I always recommend insuring purchases that are extra fragile or are valued over $100. I cannot be held responsible for losses or thefts of mail/packages, so this really is in your best interest.
5. For International bidders, I will only ship via USPS Priority International (if offered to your country) or International Express Mail. If in Canada, I can also use FEDEX GROUND.
6. I will not accept returns unless item(s) have been significantly misrepresented. I really try to accurately describe each item honestly, but I know that sometimes mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event that it does, I will offer a refund of the purchase price plus initial shipping cost as long as the item is returned to me (shipped the same method and with insurance) within 7 business days.
I have an outstanding eBay customer feedback rating, and I work hard so that it remains that way. I value my clients and want them to be happy. Let's all work together with courtesy, patience and respect for one another.
